What you'll Do:

• Build your book of business from day one
• Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Recommend auto, home, business, and life insurance coverage
• Develop long-term customer relationships
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3+ years of outside sales or customer facing experience preferred
• Competitive, goal-oriented,, and motivated by income growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable with a desire to learn and improve
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
