Job Title: Certified Stretch Therapist Part-Time Overview: StretchMed is redefining what it means to move well. We are seeking purpose-driven, Certified Stretch Therapists to deliver expert-assisted stretching services using our proven method. What Youll Do: As a Stretch Therapist at StretchMed, youll be responsible for delivering personalized 1-on-1 stretch sessions that follow our proprietary method. Using a powerful combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching, each session concludes with percussion therapy to enhance recovery and relaxation. Responsibilities: Conduct 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using the StretchMed method Guide clients through each session using our tension scale for feedback Apply percussion therapy to support recovery and relaxation Track client progress and suggest customized session plans Educate clients on the long-term benefits of assisted stretching Build rapport and ensure a comfortable, professional, and positive client experience Convert intro sessions into memberships or packages through confident, needs-based recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio environment Support awareness efforts, including pop-up events, flyers, and referral program promotion What Were Looking For: Certified, licensed, or degreed in exercise science or a related field (e.g., personal training, massage therapy, athletic training, physical therapy aide, etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to follow structured systems and protocols Physically capable of performing assisted stretching, including standing for long periods and supporting client movement Passion for wellness, movement, and helping others Reliable availability for a consistent part-time schedule, including potential weekend shifts Our Core Values: We treat clients like family We are passionate about health and fitness We bring positivity to every interaction We stay humble and ego-free We are lifelong learners We communicate openly and honestly We hold ourselves accountable We love what we do If you're ready to stretch your skills and build a career around movement and wellness, apply to join our team today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
