Your Role: Electrical Superintendent Fountain Services, LLC ( is headquartered in Spindale, North Carolina, with additional offices in Charlotte, Hickory, Asheville, and Greenville. We serve customers across the western, piedmont, and metrolina regions of North Carolina and the upstate of South Carolina. This position supports the growth of our workforce through leadership, mentorship, and continuous skill development. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. After a 90‑day introductory period, employees receive paid vacation, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401k with employer match, and use of a company vehicle with fuel card. Minimum Experience Requirements 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, including at least 4 years as a foreman, superintendent, or similar supervisory role Experience overseeing multiple foremen/crews on large or multiple concurrent construction jobs; preference for work on projects exceeding $1 million Physical Requirements A superintendent may be required to work on their tools with crews as well as perform administrative duties. Candidates must lift 50+ pounds, work on ladders or scaffolds, perform overhead work, and handle repetitive reaching, stretching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and bending. They must work safely in varied climate conditions and possess good balance, depth perception, eye‑hand coordination, and stamina.
