Physical Therapist, Skilled Experience: 1 year PT-IL References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

SNF Experience IL License Covid Vaccination + Booster Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred Negative COVID-19 test result (test taken within 7 days prior to her start date)
