Position Summary:
As a Production Specialist you will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Development teams to maintain efficient production. This is a hands-on role with real visibility, where your work directly supports product readiness, system improvements, and day-to-day manufacturing success.
Essential Responsibilities:
*Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow activities to support operational efficiency
*Communicate production priorities, schedule updates, and material needs with internal departments
*Track production progress and assist in meeting production deadlines
*Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
*Generate and manage work orders, including preparing kit sub-assemblies for pre-production to ensure efficient workflow and material readiness
*Provide hands-on support on the production floor to assist with production activities and operational needs
*Monitor inventory levels of production materials and coordinate replenishment as needed
*Coordinate with purchasing to ensure material and availability
*Assist with preparing shipments to customers and suppliers
*Identify and escalate production issues, delays, or material shortages to management
*Prepare and process documentation for production deviations, discrepancies, and adjustments resulting from planned or unplanned activities
*Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
*Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
*Support audits, inventory counts, and other operational activities as required

Work Conditions:
This role is an in-office position at Stereotaxis' St. Louis facility.

*Lifting boxes or materials up 35lbs
*Exposure to warehouse or manufacturing environments
*Ability to work around production equipment safely
