Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team, welcoming new grads and offering part-time and PRN options. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide evidence-based therapy aligned with physician orders and policies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on goals and home programs. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in care planning and discharge processes. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP from ASHA (CFY candidates welcome). Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
