Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler Location: South Plainfield, NJ Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Pay Rate: $21/hour (based on interview and experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime may be available Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Assembler for a client in South Plainfield, NJ. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with room for growth based on skill level and performance. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of traffic-related equipment Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and hardware parts Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Operate a forklift as required Skill Levels & Advancement Multiple assembler levels are available, each with increasing skill requirements and independence Candidates will be hired at a level that matches their current experience Opportunities to advance to higher assembler levels Candidates with electrical and computer skills may advance to Assembly Technician roles Requirements Prior mechanical assembly experience preferred Forklift experience required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to meet production standards and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
