Project Analyst

Halyard is seeking a Project Analyst to support our team on a large-scale site in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual to play a vital role in supporting project management and communications for major engineering and construction initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Create purchase orders (POs) in SAP for Project Managers and external vendors Track the status of POs and corresponding invoices Distribute invoices for approval and monitor payment status through PO completion Site Communications Gather and organize bi-weekly updates for sitewide distribution Collaborate with Project Managers and the Communications Department on logistics such as roadwork, closures, pedestrian traffic changes, and parking updates Documentation & Mapping Contribute to and verify Engineering project maps Collect and review progress photos from Project Managers for upload into SCOPE (ensuring no personnel, signage, or proprietary information appears) Administrative Support Serve as departmental liaison to Safety and Security Coordinate summer interns and assist with onboarding activities Order office supplies and register guests with Security Requirements About You: You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to high-performing project teams. Prior experience with SAP, PO management, or construction administration is a plus.
