Certified Nursing Assistant
8-hour Shifts (All Shifts)
CNA Job Summary:

CNA Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
Assist with vital signs, toileting, and ambulation as needed
Develop and maintain a rapport with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming environment
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses and medical staff
Participate in care planning and implementation, including assisting with med-administration and wound care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification
Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.

High school diploma or equivalent required
8 hour shift schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance
