Job TitleInstrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Programming, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Maintaining, Upgrading And Integration In Oil And Gas Control Systems For OperationsJob DescriptionInstrumentation & Electrical (I&E) programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading and integration in Oil and Gas control systems for operations. Experience with Allen-Bradley, ABB, Emerson, Red Lion, Beijer and Ignition are desired. Program, configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot process instrumentation including: Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, VFDs, control valves, transmitters, analyzers, and associated field devices. Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication networks, and protocol converters, including Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Red Lion communication equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, loop drawings, P&ID's, wiring diagrams, and instrument documentation. Diagnose control system, instrumentation, electrical and communication issues and provide effective field solutions while maintaining safe and reliable operation.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReport to NES manager and customer PIC for daily tasks and scheduling.QualificationsWindows OS and Microsoft Office understanding. Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming knowledge. Understanding of industrial communications protocols like Ethernet I/P, TCP, Modbus, HART.Physical DemandsWork on your feet for extended time periods.
