Litigation Associate Attorney (Lower Hours)

A highly regarded litigation boutique is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Bay Area office. This role involves a diverse civil litigation practice focused on class action defense, complex commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation. The position includes work on high-stakes matters involving highly complex legal issues across both federal and California state courts. Highlights Lower billable-hour expectation than many peer firms Sophisticated litigation practice across commercial, class action, and IP matters Exposure to complex disputes in federal and state courts Competitive compensation and benefits Compensation The estimated base salary range for this role is $190,000–$315,000, depending on class year and experience, with additional guaranteed compensation available for higher billable thresholds.
