Cash Research Assistant

Cash Research Assistant Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO Compensation: $20-25/hr Key Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring and assigning tasks to ensure they are worked timely and accurately Research payment issues and respond accordingly Prepare daily system balancing to ensure accuracy and escalated any discrepancies to management Responsible for balancing the Cash Database daily to ensure items posted are deposited; also ensure items are escalated prior to being aged Post payments, payoffs, and liquidations Collaborate with other business units to streamline processes and work together to provide a better customer experience Complete special projects as assigned Qualifications Some College/associate degree preferred, High School graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience 2 - 5 years of experience working in Mortgage Servicing required Previous bankruptcy experience preferred MSP Experience preferred Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while still being detailed and results oriented Effective verbal, and written communicator Must be disciplined and well organized with attention to detail Comfortable working in a team environment Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.) with a technical understanding of imaging software and systems Benefits Competitive salary, full benefits package, and potential for performance-based bonus.
