Hiring Immediately, no experience necessary!The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is a caregiver that supports adults with autism spectrum disorder in a residential setting while maintaining sensitivity to the rights and dignity of the individual. The DSP in a residential setting is responsible for assisting individuals to live a self-directed life, assisting with activities of daily living, implementing individual programming, and responsible for the routine operation of the home. This instruction may occur in group situations and/or is individually scheduled, and it can be implemented in the person's home setting, and/or community settings. The DSP reports directly to the Program Supervisor.This position is part of our Adult Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) Services. Currently hiring for positions in Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster and Lititz, PA. Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible - 2nd & 3rd shift positions. CSG's Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD/ASD) Services is excited to offer a 2 week paid orientation for this position. Orientation includes the necessary foundational training needed before providing services in the programs and sets you up for a successful career at CSG. Orientation is held in-person at our Mountville, Williamsport, and Bethlehem offices.
