Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph (processed within the past 5 years) Job Summary Rockwoods is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Mid-Level Program Manager to lead mission‑critical project operations. In this role, you will champion project efficiency, mitigate operational risks, and oversee complex PMO logistics. This is a long‑term opportunity tailored for a proactive leader who excels in high‑stakes environments and possesses a proven track record of driving cross‑agency collaboration. Position Overview & Core Responsibilities The selected candidate will oversee daily project activities to guarantee adherence to production timelines, optimize resource allocation, and foster strong client relationships. Duties encompass, but are not limited to: Project Oversight: Directing fiscal tracking, scheduling, operational execution, and risk assessment/management across all initiatives, including hardware, software, tooling, infrastructure, and related tasks. Surge Management: Organizing the expansion of contract personnel and associated operational needs whenever the client triggers surge options. Tracking & Reporting: Assisting leadership in monitoring and documenting the deployment status and operational achievements of surge personnel. PMO Infrastructure: Setting up the Project Management Office for post‑award deployment, including overseeing contractor logistics, security clearance onboarding, facilities management, business travel, visa processing, taxation compliance, and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) protocols. Mandated Qualifications & Expertise All criteria below must be explicitly detailed within your professional resume. Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years conducting analytical work directly tied to this professional domain, with a portion of that tenure occurring within the past 24 months. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an institution officially recognized by the United States Department of Education. Degree Equivalence Provision: Per standard contract guidelines, the client reserves the right to substitute formal education with additional, highly relevant professional experience involving identical responsibilities. Leadership Capabilities: Proven capacity to guide task forces through complex, high‑stakes problem‑solving. Skilled in advising teams on the selection and execution of structured analytical frameworks, and adept at using formal evaluations to reconcile contrasting viewpoints. Autonomy: Demonstrated capability to perform effectively on an independent basis with nominal supervision and guidance. IC Collaboration: Proven track record of partnering with Intelligence Community counterparts to facilitate data sharing, guide collection strategies, resolve analytical disagreements, and manage conflicts. Vetting Requirement: Must hold a current TS/SCI clearance alongside a CI Polygraph adjudicated within the last 5 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
