Software Engineering ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and supporting modern enterprise applications and digital platforms.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop people, improve engineering processes, contribute technically, and work closely with product, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack software engineersProviding technical direction while remaining involved in architecture, design, and complex engineering decisionsDriving delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable software solutionsEstablishing engineering standards and improving development processesPartnering with Product, Architecture, DevOps, Security, and other technology teamsLeading application modernization and cloud transformation initiativesSupporting Agile development practices and modern CI/CD processesHelping define technical roadmaps aligned with business prioritiesOverseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, and development of engineering talentManaging project priorities, delivery timelines, technical risks, and team capacityPromoting automation, testing, reliability, and continuous improvementCommunicating technical strategy, progress, and risks to both technical and business stakeholdersQualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MIS, or a related field10 years of progressive technology/software engineering experience3 years of technical leadership or people management experienceStrong understanding of modern software development and Agile practicesExperience leading teams responsible for enterprise-scale applicationsStrong knowledge of modern programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similarExperience with relational databases and SQLExperience with cloud-based application developmentUnderstanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as CodeExperience with containers and modern application deployment practicesExperience designing and integrating APIsExperience modernizing legacy applications or transitioning to newer architecturesStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred experience includes:Azure or comparable public cloud platformDocker and KubernetesTerraform, Ansible, or similar automation/IaC toolingAzure DevOps or comparable CI/CD platformsSalesforce or similar enterprise platformsApplication security and DevSecOps practicesAutomated testing and software reliability practicesExperience leading large-scale application modernization initiativesBy submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
