Job Title & Company Strategic Finance Lead | High‑Growth AI Health‑Tech Startup | New York (Hybrid) Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr Company Overview We’re partnering with a fast‑growing AI‑driven health‑tech company that’s reimagining how care is delivered at home. Its platform uses automation and AI to ensure patients receive reliable in‑home care — helping healthcare providers manage scheduling, staffing, and compliance seamlessly. Role Overview You’ll own the financial loop across forecasting, reporting, and revenue operations: Build and maintain the company’s core financial model — forecasts, margins, scenario planning. Create the revenue operations backbone — real‑time usage tracking, renewals, dashboards, and insights. Partner with leadership to turn data into strategy and inform key growth decisions. Experience & Qualifications Experience: Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps within high‑growth SaaS or healthtech environments. Seniority Level & Employment Type Mid‑Senior level – Full‑time.
