We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Reston office and be the driving force behind a vibrant, efficient, and people‑focused work environment. In this role, you’ll oversee facilities, support employee engagement, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure our office runs like a well‑oiled machine. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Management: Manage office facilities and requests, order supplies, maintain kitchen stock and appliances, and coordinate with vendors. Team Events and Culture Initiatives: Plan workplace culture initiatives, events, and employee engagement efforts. Spearhead Ofinno’s philanthropy program and facilitate volunteer events. Coordinate with marketing as necessary to broadcast events. Organize weekly Lunch & Learns. Executive Support: Provide scheduling support for CTO and CEO’s calendars, including internal and external meetings. Manage meeting logistics and travel arrangements for CTO and CEO as needed. Operations Team Support: Partner with HR, Business Operations, IT, and the leadership team on special projects to enhance the overall employee experience. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience 2+ years of operations, hospitality, or customer service experience Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Exceptional communication skills, comfortably engaging with all levels of the organization A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a commitment to building a positive workplace culture Demonstrated ability to coordinate with vendors and manage facilities Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work What else you should know: 401(K) matching – We help you plan and save for retirement with a 401(K) matching program that’s available on day one.
