Warehouse Worker

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at LKQ Corporation as a Warehouse Associate. The role includes shipping and receiving, order processing, and equipment operation. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hr depending on experience. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Essential Job Duties Receive and put away inbound product to designated location. Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and deliver to staging area/delivery truck. Operate manual or powered equipment to transport product within the warehouse. Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence. Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas. Comply with established company policies and procedures. Assume other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Not responsible for supervising employees. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience Up to 1 year of work‑related experience. Preferred Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Warehouse or similar work environment, prior forklift, order picker, or related equipment experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to perform basic arithmetic with all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Basic computer skills. Ability to communicate basic oral messages. May write brief messages and keep simple records. Problems encountered are simple, repetitive, and generally solved by clear directions and procedures. Follows standard procedures with no decision‑making involved. Uses guidance and guidelines provided by supervisor or manager. Receives assignments and priorities from supervisor or manager. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time. Employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements). Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
