Pay ranges from $19.25- $23/ hour, based on experience, with the opportunities for shift differentials on evening and overnight shifts. Provide social and emotional support, while encouraging residents’ independence. Manage the medication cart for complete, up-to-date supplies and quality control. Use of Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders from residents, as needed. Med Tech (CMT) Requirements: Licensed Certified Medication Technician with the MD Board of Nursing and in good standing. Prior direct-care experience preferred. 18 years of age or older. Respect for patient rights and confidentiality. Up-to-date medication certification requirements preferred. Highly organized skills. Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role. Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
