Sales Manager ? Full-Time Opportunity
Are you passionate about sales? Looking for an exciting opportunity where you can grow your career
and have fun? Join our team!
We are a growing retail business seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our
store team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a
clean, organized, and fully stocked store. You?ll also play a key role in developing strong product
knowledge and delivering excellent customer service.
What You?ll Do
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with staff and customers
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge through training
Schedule
Full-time (approximately 5 days per week)
Flexible schedule required
Weekends and holidays required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary + commission
Paid bi-weekly
Paid training provided
