Warehouse IQ SupervisorBaraboo, WIShift: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - Until work is completedSalary: $55K plus quarterly bonusJOB SUMMARY:This role is a pivotal position which ensures the overall success and compliance of the auditing process. This role will oversee a team of associates who perform auditing and unloading functions with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. This role will also work with the site management to ensure that the operation is effective, efficient, and safe and recommend areas of improvement.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises a team of Vendor Compliance AuditorsSupervises a team of UnloadersESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Responsibilities:Monitor load counts and volume daily to ensure proper staffing levelsCommunicate and monitor performance metricsAssign workload to ensure efficiencyCommunicate violations and overall metrics with site leadership dailyValidate violations prior to allowing loads to leave the facilityAll aspects of associate management including recruiting, training, ongoing coaching, and corrective action as needed in conjunction with the Vendor Compliance ManagerIdentify and recommend areas for improvement to the site managementQUALIFICATIONS:Education and/or experience:High school diplomaMinimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a warehouse environmentKnowledge, skills and abilities:Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Attention to detailFamiliarity with pallet building standardsDemonstrated commitment to safety standardsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of associatesPhysical requirements:Ability to work in a warehouse environment (concrete floors, changing temperatures)Ability to frequently bend, crouch, stoop, and twistAbility to lift up to 50 pounds without assistanceVisual acuity to inspect loads
