Job Description We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward‑thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing team. We’re hiring for clinics throughout Long Island, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. As a new grad at Metro, you’ll receive individualized mentorship, hands‑on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You’ll work in a supportive outpatient environment alongside skilled therapists, with access to state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a collaborative team that truly values your growth. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible. Evaluates a patient’s need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provides appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy, and professional standards of care. Instructs family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques. Mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, and CPR. The program takes 12–18 months to complete and Metro covers the entire cost.
