SNAP Employment Pathways Case Manager

TCA Health

TCA Health Inc.- NFP in Chicago is seeking a SNAP Case Manager to assist clients with pathways to employment through the SNAP Employment & Training Program. This role includes client assessments, managing caseloads, and providing workshops to improve employability. A Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field and a minimum of one year’s experience in workforce development are required. Flexible work hours may include evenings and weekends as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
