Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Washington state PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Previous experience in home health preferred.
• Ability to perform subsequent visit responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Home Health Care scheduling and documentation systems; HCHB experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel within a 50 mile radius for patient visits.
• Business casual dress code adherence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with mileage reimbursement policies between visits preferred.
• Prior travel PTA experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
• Coverage area: approximately 50 mile radius.
• On-call or weekend requirement: No.
• Mileage reimbursement between first and last patient visits: Yes.
