Pentasia is partnering with an exciting and fast-growing company operating at the intersection of sports, gaming, media, entertainment, and technology.

Our client is looking to hire a Sales Associate to join their commercial team in Charlotte. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, early-career sales professional who wants to develop their career within a dynamic industry and gain exposure to a high-growth business.

Industry experience is not essential. We're far more interested in speaking with candidates who are naturally driven, commercially minded, and passionate about building a career in sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting and engaging potential clients through outbound sales activity, networking, and market research.
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders.
• Conducting outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Booking meetings and supporting the wider commercial team throughout the sales process.
• Maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline data within CRM systems.
• Supporting proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Representing the business at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to support commercial objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience within Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a desire to exceed targets.
• Confidence speaking with prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Exposure to CRM platforms would be advantageous.
• Genuine interest in sports, gaming, entertainment, media, or technology.
• Ability to work from the Charlotte office a minimum of three days per week.
