Required Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor's preferred)
• Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• Current PALS Certification
• NRP Certification (or obtained within 180 days)
• 0–2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months of Critical Care experience

Job Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and bronchial hygiene treatments
• Manage ventilators, airway procedures, and ventilator weaning
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis
• Educate patients, families, and mentor new staff
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Ensure accurate documentation, quality care, and patient safety

Required Skills:
• Critical Care experience required
• Emergency Department experience required
• Pediatric experience required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills

Additional Information:
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred upon submission where applicable
