Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech)Sunshine Terrace Foundation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) to join our outpatient therapy team in Logan, Utah. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.Our outpatient clinic provides specialized treatment services including neurological rehabilitation, manual therapy, aquatic therapy, dry needling, balance training, lymphedema treatment, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). PT Techs work closely with patients throughout the course of their therapy experience and play an important role in supporting both clinical and administrative operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist Physical Therapists during patient treatment sessionsPrepare and assist patients with therapeutic modalities as directed by therapistsMonitor patients during exercises and activities to support safety and wellnessDemonstrate proper use of exercise equipment and prescribed fitness routinesMaintain and organize therapy documentation and chartsAssist with front office duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and patient check-inCoordinate equipment maintenance and supply needs with clinic leadershipServe as a liaison between therapists and other team membersProvide professional, courteous, and compassionate service to patients and visitorsMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with company policies and HIPAA guidelinesFollow all organizational policies, procedures, and safety standardsQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environmentProfessional, dependable, and compassionate demeanorAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced settingCustomer service experience preferredInterest in healthcare, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or fitness is a plusScheduleFull-time and part-time opportunities availableWhy Join Us?Supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to work one-on-one with patients throughout their therapy journeyHands-on experience in outpatient rehabilitation and physical therapyPositive workplace culture in a nationally recognized facilityIf you are interested in joining our outpatient therapy team, we encourage you to apply with your resume.
