Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical RN experience
• Level I Trauma Center or mid-to-large hospital experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required

Unit Details

• 30-bed dedicated education unit
• Travel nurses will not be responsible for teaching or precepting students
• Primary responsibility is providing direct patient care to adult Medical/Surgical patients
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 5–6:1
• Mixed Medical/Surgical patient population with a variety of acute medical and post-operative conditions
