Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and 2+ years of ICU experience.

Details

• Intensive Care Unit setting
• Night shift schedule (7p-7a)
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment length
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active AL or Multistate RN license with no prior NURSYS hits required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start
• 2+ years of recent ICU RN experience required
• Experience with vented patients and vasoactive drips required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Must live 50+ miles from the facility

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill ICU patients including those requiring ventilator support and vasoactive drip management
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
• Travelers who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered for this position
