You are equally comfortable on the phone mapping out a customer's workflow challenges and sitting across the table from a director who needs to see the business case in three slides or less.You do not wait for leads to come to you. You research accounts, find the right person to talk to, and figure out how to get in the door. When a customer says "we're all set," you hear it as the start of a conversation, not the end of one. You know how to listen for the problem underneath the polite brush-off.Managing five opportunities at different stages does not overwhelm you, it energizes you. You track what matters, follow up when you say you will, and you do not let details fall through the cracks. You are organized enough to run your territory like a business and curious enough to keep learning how the technology actually works.
