Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Lab Scientist to join the night shift team. The candidate will perform microbiology testing and support chemistry, hematology, and blood bank departments as needed, with potential supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiology testing with accuracy and adherence to protocol.
• Support chemistry, hematology, and blood bank procedures during scheduled shifts.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflow.
• Document test results and maintain precise laboratory records.
• Comply with all safety and regulatory standards within the laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong experience in microbiology, chemistry, hematology, or blood bank testing.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Be able to work independently and effectively as a supervisor.
• Ability to work the night shift on a 5x8 schedule, starting ASAP.
