Job Title: Marketing And Public Relations Specialist Employment Term: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking a PR & Marketing Manager to lead our client's public relations, brand awareness, marketing initiatives, community engagement, and media communications. This individual will develop and execute integrated marketing and PR strategies that strengthen the company's brand while supporting business growth across Hawaii. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns Lead public relations initiatives and media relations Write and distribute press releases and manage media communications Develop PR strategies that enhance brand awareness and reputation Coordinate community partnerships, sponsorships, and special events Manage social media strategy and digital communications Oversee relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies Analyze campaign performance, marketing metrics, and ROI Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support company objectives Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Public Relations and Marketing Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally Preferred Experience in retail, hospitality, tourism, or consumer brands Knowledge of the Hawaii market Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Experience and Education Requirements Min 3 years’ experience in public relations and/or marketing in retail and/or restaurant Preferred BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related area or equivalent Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license and own transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr Stash Talent Services
