Job Overview:

As an Inbound/Outbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and generate sales for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Chicago, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and make a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Identify and assess customers' needs to promote and sell our clients' products or services
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling additional products or services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures
• Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to work on-site at our office in Chicago, Illinois
