Assistant General Manager

Opening this Fall, Lady Delilah is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help foster a positive, efficient work environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about fine dining, highly organized, and thrives in a hands-on role where they can wear multiple hats. ROLE SUMMARY: RESPONSIBILTIES: Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Respond to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional manner. Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible. Support restaurant standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory. Manage staff schedules based on forecast and performance measures. Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity. Act as a brand ambassador for the company. Ensure compliance of service and hospitality standards. Provide support to General Manager. Other tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment. Must have a Manager-level Food Handlers Card Must be 21+ years of age. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments. Strong knowledge of front and back house operations. Great decision making and organizational skills. Upbeat and energetic attitude. Responsible and trustworthy.
