Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in Waxahachie, TX. In this role, you will support daily production by operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality inspections, packaging finished goods, and handling materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Assemble products and raw materials according to production specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package, sort, load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet daily production goals while following all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods, including standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hand tools and manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Reliable team player with good time management skills and a strong commitment to safety.

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift – Leave when numbers are met
• Weekends as needed
