Role Overview

In this role, you will be the face of Life Changers Financial Services LLC, responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. This role is perfect for those who thrive on building relationships, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow within the financial services industry.

This is a hybrid position, requiring some trainings in the office each week.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be engaging directly with potential clients. This involves:

• Building Rapport: Utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to build instant rapport with individuals and families.

• Needs Assessment: Conducting thorough consultations to understand clients' financial needs and goals.

• Product Demonstration: Presenting our financial solutions in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Objection Handling: Gracefully and effectively addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.

• Closing Sales: Guiding clients through the decision-making process and securing signed agreements.

• Territory Management: Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned area.

• Professional Presence: Maintaining a professional, respectful, and trustworthy demeanor at all times while in a client's home.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a 100% commission-based structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $3,000 and $10,000 monthly , reflecting the direct correlation between your efforts and your rewards.
