Inpatient Rehab NP/PA: Lead Care & Discharge Planning

In this role, you will conduct patient rounds, manage comorbidities, and collaborate closely with physiatrist and therapy teams to support recovery. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree, valid licensure, and strong communication skills.
