The Honey Do Service, Inc. is actively seeking to add an experienced Estimator to our team in the Owensboro area. Our ideal candidate will have excellent skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor electrical and plumbing.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

· Preconstruction communications, including plans & specifications

· Maintaining organization

· Making site visits as required

· Pull permits as required

· Prepare estimates

· Establish & maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors

We are looking to hire someone with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a wide command of all trades.

Benefits, Pay Scale and Schedule

Starting pay is based on experience. We also perform regular pay reviews, with your first one at 60 days. We offer Vision, Dental, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 401K. Paid time off is offered after one year. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 to 4:30

QUALIFICATIONS

· 5 years of Estimator experience at minimum

· Ability to perform carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor electrical and plumbing

· Own standard set of tools to perform the aforementioned trades

· Valid driver's license

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Ability to pass a background check with no felony offenses and drug screen
