Position: Treatment Coordinator
We are excited to add a passionate Treatment Coordinator to our dedicated team! The ideal candidate will have dental experience and a strong desire to help patients achieve their smile goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements
- Process daily deposits accurately
- Utilize Eaglesoft for patient records and management
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for
Preferred Experience:
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Daily deposits
- Proficient in Eaglesoft
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous dental experience (required)
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
- Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
- Thursday: 9 AM - 3 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM - 1 PM
