Travel Physical Therapist - Long Term Care - $2,406 per week

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Purcell, OK (Start Date: 29 June 2026). Assignment Details Location: Purcell, Oklahoma Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 29 June 2026 Hours: 40 hrs per week (8‑hour days) Shift: 8 hours per day, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs, and develop individualized plans of care. Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, ambulation training, assistive device fitting, and wound care as part of rehabilitation plans. Document all clinical and regulatory information in the electronic documentation system and record treatment minutes accurately. Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation team meetings. May supervise physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students. Adhere to APTA standards and Oklahoma state practice acts. Limit RTO requests to no more than 7 days for this assignment. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of PT experience; new graduates with Level II clinical experience considered. LTC or SNF setting experience required. Active Oklahoma PT state license required. 1 professional reference required for consideration. Pay and Benefits Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (confirmed upon hiring).
