In short? You’re the person who helps the business navigate legal risks with confidence while keeping contracts moving. In a typical day, you’ll: Draft, negotiate, and review contracts for global business units (This is the heart of the role – about 60–70% of your time) Partner closely with business teams to provide practical, thoughtful legal guidance Answer questions, spot risks early, and help teams move forward with clarity Jump into new or emerging areas of law when they come up (because they always do) Take ownership of your work while collaborating with leadership If you like variety, collaboration, and being a trusted go‑to legal partner, you’ll feel right at home. What we’re looking for (Top 3) Solid contracts experience: You have hands‑on experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, whether from a law firm, in‑house role, or a mix of both. Strong foundation in contract and core commercial legal principles: You understand the fundamentals and know how to apply them in real‑world business situations.
