Quality Specialist

Reports to: Sr. Quality Manager

Location: Onsite, Marquette, MI

The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the quality team with task responsibility. This will involve modeling and detailing inspection prints, contributing individually and within cross-functional teams, and general project support. They will be a self-starter, have a hands-on approach in performing their work duties, and be able to work independently. This position will help EXALTA maximize the amount of patients served while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for support and development of appropriate test methods and inspection plans.
  • Complete assessment and disposition inventory of non-conforming product.
  • Working with product inspection, support first time execution of inspection methods & plans.
  • Support and Perform Measurement system analysis and Gage R&R's
  • Participate in, and complete actions in support of problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Required:
  • At least 2 years of experience in functional area
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
