About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours, 5 days a week with on-call rotation Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience License: Oklahoma State License or compact Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIH Must-Have: - Proficient in the monitoring of patients in the Cath Lab using various devices. - Experience with cardiac and peripheral services. Description: We are a complete Cath Lab utilizing Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and General Surgeons. We provide comprehensive Cardiac and Peripheral Services. The procedures performed include Left Heart Catheterization, Right and Left Heart Catheterization, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy. Carotid diagnostic and stenting is also part of our services. We conduct Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, including Atherectomy. Additional procedures include Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stents, and thrombectomy. The Cath Lab RN will work an 8-hour day shift and rotate on-call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be proficient in the monitoring of patients using devices such as the Philips Laser System and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices. Experience with LEXISCAN Stress Test monitoring is required. We utilize advanced imaging technology and hemodynamic systems. The role also includes assisting with pre and post-procedure areas, transporting patients, and performing assigned duties as needed.
