Overnight Front Desk

DESCRIPTION

The Overnight Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members during overnight operating hours. This role combines janitorial duties, customer service, retail sales, membership tours, and basic facility maintenance to ensure the gym is prepared for members and staff each day. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional member experience while maintaining the high standards of Los Campeones Gym. Because this position is scheduled during overnight hours, employees receive an overnight shift differential that provides additional compensation above the base rate of pay in recognition of the unique responsibilities and schedule associated with overnight operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
