The Tufting Machine Operator at SAW BLADE TECH is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of tufting machines used in the production of saw blades. This role requires attention to detail to ensure blade quality and adherence to safety standards while contributing to smooth production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up tufting machines according to production specifications
• Inspect blades for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate repairs as needed
• Handle inventory related to machine operation and materials
• Prepare and submit production reports timely and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in machine operation
• High school diploma or equivalent
