Schedule: Nights, 4x12 Hour Shifts (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in med/surg nursing, telemetry, and be well‑versed in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Responsibilities Provide patient care in a medical-surgical/telemetry unit, managing patients with varying acuities. Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, addressing any dysrhythmias promptly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Maintain accurate and timely patient records within the electronic health record (Epic). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Float to like units with like patients to meet facility needs as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required. Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.
