This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution. Responsibilities Coordinate enterprise software programs across engineering, product, architecture, and delivery teams. Improve execution visibility, alignment, and accountability across structured workstreams. Support milestones, dependency tracking, and release-readiness governance. Work with global teams to improve delivery consistency and communication maturity. Contribute to long-horizon execution systems beyond short-cycle coordination. Minimum Qualifications 9+ years of experience in program management, delivery governance, or enterprise coordination roles. Strong ability to manage complex dependencies, execution risks, and structured communication. Experience working with technical and business teams in scalable environments. Ability to support enterprise delivery with clarity and accountability. Preferred Profile Experience in enterprise software, global delivery, or platform-aligned program models. Exposure to architecture-aware delivery planning. Understanding of release maturity, engineering workflows, and stakeholder alignment. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related discipline preferred.
