Senior HR Business Partner

Senior HR Business Partner Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship. Responsibilities Provide innovative, cost‑effective HR strategies to clients across service areas. Engage with clients regularly to understand business mission, vision, goals and key measurements. Develop and promote HR strategies, programs, and processes that align with client objectives. Position clients as industry leaders by operationalizing HR strategy. Manage client relationships, ensuring client delight with expectations, processes, deliverables and service. Deliver ongoing project management to meet deliverables on time and with quality. Maintain target utilization and realization rates, leveraging team resources effectively. Seek knowledge of HR environment and general business trends and share best practices. Determine resource requirements and negotiate with Managing Director for allocation. Lead team to deliver on‑time, quality deliverables and provide functional management and performance feedback. Promote Insight/OneDigital brand through networking and HR thought leadership events. Cross‑sell or upsell other services as a "one‑stop" HR solution. Manage retainer or project budgets, including invoicing and client billing. Respond to client requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate records. Participate in internal projects such as surveys, trade shows, newsletters, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills. High level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self‑motivated and disciplined; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with account management software (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years progressive HR experience (knowledge of employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and process improvement). At least 2 years of consulting, supervisory or managerial experience with proven client retention and results. Experience coaching senior management and developing programs. MBA preferred. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base pay. Eligible for variable compensation, commissions, and/or annual bonus based on performance.
