Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our Madison team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.

About the Role

After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

What You’ll Get

• $24/hour , with a typical 40-45 hours workweek including overtime and on-call pay
• Anticipated annual earnings: $50,000–$60,000
• Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM 
• On-call rotation: Roughly every 5 weeks

• Career progression:  This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first-year earnings typically range from $67,000–$73,000.
