Schedule & Location 60 hours per pay period Shift options: 3:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Shift differential opportunities available Variable workdays with weekend and holiday rotation Location: Onsite at Valley Center Tower (VCT) This schedule offers flexibility while allowing you to remain closely connected with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams in a fast-paced hospital environment. Minimum Qualifications Current RN license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers. Two years of clinical hospital experience. Basic computer proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified RNs hired or promoted into this role must obtain a BSN within three years of hire or promotion if not already completed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with training, auditing, or process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and clinical workflows. Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess patient needs. Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, etc. Location Valley Center Tower Work City Murray Work State Utah Scheduled Weekly Hours 30 The hourly range for this position is listed below.
